This website is operated by Wickie Wink. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wickie Wink. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND ARTISANAL VARIATIONS

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the artisanal nature of our production process, minor variations in color, texture, shape, and scent may occur between batches. These variations are not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - STRICT NO-RETURN AND NO-CANCELLATION POLICY

As stated across our store, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

* We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

* Order cancellations are not permitted after checkout is completed, as orders immediately enter our fulfillment process.

* It is the customer's responsibility to review and ensure that all items, quantities, and shipping details in the order are correct before finalized purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

SECTION 4 - CANDLE SAFETY AND USE

By purchasing our products, you agree to follow standard candle safety guidelines (e.g., trimming wicks, never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping away from drafts and flammables). Wickie Wink is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the improper use, burning, or handling of our products.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
